About Dana and MindBody Services
Hi! I’m Dana,
Regardless of perceived illness of body or mind, I believe that we are whole, spiritual beings having human experiences. The services that I provide are invitational in nature, empowering you on your journey towards being at home within yourself.
From a young age, I have been a spiritual seeker with a desire to learn as much as I could about the truths and mysteries of life. That passion is still with me as I have spent the last 15 years studying world religions, learning various somatic, experiential, and mindfulness modalities and most importantly doing my own work. My journey has led me to becoming a PSYCH-K Facilitator and obtaining extensive training in yoga therapy, among many other modalities. It is through my own self-work that I have been called to support others.

I serve clients both in individual and group settings and have worked extensively in residential and outpatient mental health facilities. I continue to receive regular mentorship both in clinical and non-clinical settings as it relates to my work and training. I find joy and success in working with clients, tailoring interventions to your specific needs to facilitate self-acceptance, self-healing, and growth.
In addition to PSYCH-K training and yoga therapy mentorship, I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Reiki III practitioner, HeartMath Biofeedback practitioner, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and have obtained extensive training, mentorship, and practice in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I earned a B.A. in Religious Studies from Indiana University and a M.Ed. in Instructional Design from Western Governors University.
Life has taken me from a small town in Indiana, to Portland, Oregon, to another small town just outside of Memphis, TN where I now live with my husband. I enjoy reading, being outdoors, and learning more about the wondrous mystery that is life!

Free your mind,
come home to your body
