All Yoga interventions, including therapeutic yoga, meditation, breath work, and yogic philosophy provided by Dana Ingram and/or MindBody Services, LLC are provided within the guidelines of Yoga Alliance. While Dana Ingram has obtained over 300+ hours of training and certification in Yoga Therapy through the Yoga Teachers School of Excellence with lead teacher Deborah Perry, all services, sessions, and interventions that are yogic in nature are provided as and within the scope of a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
