Group services are offered locally near Memphis, TN, virtually, and on-site. I have worked extensively with treatment centers, therapy offices, and yoga studios to provide therapeutic yoga and other mindfulness-based group services.

 

Short PSYCH-K presentations are available to groups, which includes 1:1 facilitation to participants.
