Mindfulness Sessions 

Mindfulness Sessions combine a blend of over 15 years of experience, training, and interventions tailored to meet your individual needs. Most commonly, sessions focus on a blend of therapeutic yoga, mindfulness mentorship, and meditation instruction.

 

These sessions do not typically incorporate PSYCH-K as that modality is best experienced on its own.

Therapeutic Yoga 

Therapeutic Yoga is focused on the emotional, spiritual, and psychological benefits of yoga. This style of yoga is less about the physicality of yoga and more about becoming more fully embodied, emotionally attuned, and aligned with your highest, wisest self.

 

Therapeutic yoga can be used for increased emotional and somatic awareness, emotional release and regulation, and increased connection. This style is my own, and is a blend of many years of training, practice, and teaching experience. My interventions are trauma-informed and empower you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit.

Mindfulness Mentorship

Mindfulness Mentorship is a collaborative experience where I support you in acknowledging, accepting, and integrating the parts of yourself that have been long forgotten.

 

As our relationship deepens I’ll guide you in designing the self-care practices that support the insights gained to allow for sustained growth and change. We’ll focus on increasing self-awareness and self-acceptance by drawing upon the influence of yoga therapy, world religions/spirituality, Internal Family Systems, the Enneagram, and more based on your specific needs.

Meditation Instruction

Meditation Instruction is either live, within the session guidance, or instruction provided for you to practice on your own. Together we can explore the energetic body and engage in practices that are dynamic, expansive, diverse.

 

You may wish to keep a meditation log/journal that you share with me to explore deeper insights as your practice evolves.
